The Kolena Solution Builder® is a Design and Deployment engagement intended for customers who have completed our Ready Workshop® and are prepared to move forward with an identified LMS technology solution. The Kolena team will work with the customer to design an appropriate solution and perform a proof of concept, culminating in the customer signing-off on the final solution. This is a collaborative process- customer involvement in the design process is strongly encouraged when feasible to ensure the most effective knowledge transfer.
Staff Augmentation services are targeted at customers who either require additional resources to perform the day to day tasks of administering an LMS solution or require temporary subject matter expertise to assist with a deployment or modification project.

Kolena Total Content® is a combination of a Design and Deployment engagement workshop, Interoperability support workshop, and total courseware support intended for customers who have a growing internal staff of courseware developers and or an expanding catalog of diverse content from either internal development or externally sourced content.
